I think it's the nature of Motown music as that's what it was specifically designed for, per Berry Gordy's vision, music everyone can enjoy/relate to. This is why we have been asked to play Outside Lands, Treasure Island Music Festival, Bottlerock and also get hired for corporate gigs for Twitter, Google, Salesforce etc. the appeal is very wide.
